what i learned

  I learned a lot in this project because I've never worked with filming or editing before. Following the video procedure was too confusing for me so i ended up using more trial and error and help from Holly. the audio was the hardest part and sometimes it works and other times it didn't. 

what i liked

I really liked getting to be creative with my angles and video shots and having freedom to do whatever as long as i was able to make it around 30 seconds. the actual filming part took little time at all the editing wasn't hard after i had tried a couple things and figured out what looked best. 

what i would change

I had to cut out a small portion of film so I could fit the time limit which made the establishing short and choppy. So I wish I could have made this smoother but I didn't notice until someone other than holly and I said something.

creative process 

Holly and i had so many cool ideas of shots to take but we couldnt fit them all in and still make it only 30 secinds. we sketched all of them out of a piece of paper which we looked at once then took it where we wanted it to go when we actually recorded and used the paper as a guide. i took ideas from previous classes and different vloger's on youtube.

team

Holly and i tag teamed during filming, we bounced ideas off of each other and made the other try for the best shot possible and didnt stop until it was just how they wanted it. Holly also helped me a ton with exporting my video and gave me some great ideas on how to edit to fit my time frame. we worked very well together.

    After the chair project the sketch up house came pretty easy to me. All the techniques i use in this project i practiced before diving into the final product. I really liked how my house turned out because if could see myself living in it. I stuck to the initial design but improved things i would have changed if i lived in there. one thing i wished i would have made different is the height of the house so i would have added stairs like the actual house design which would have made it more beachy. I still really liked all the colors i used and how the deck roof looks and if this was a real house i know exactly would i would do to furnish the interior and exterior. this was my siding and roofing for the deck this was my roofing for the actual rooof and here is the final house tour

Color Schemes Of Logos Analogus Colors: This Logo used the analogous colors of yellow, yellow-green, and green. I think the company probably chose these colors because the flower catches your eye because its not something many people see every often  This logo uses the analogous colors of red, purple, and a violet. I think the company chose these colors because this combo is very welcoming using many shades and tints of red and purple which all look very good next to each other. Complementary Colors  This logo uses the complementary colors of yellow and purple. Although you see this combination very often now thanks to the Lakers, its not a likely color combination. When most people see these colors together they think lakers. Smart marketing move on the larkers.  This logo uses the complementary colors of orange and blue. The company chose these colors because you can recognize the colors very easily. Warm Colors This logo uses the warm colors of yellow and orange.

challenge 2 part a

I had more clips to work with and I had a longer time frame to fit them all in. I liked this project because I was able to take the story line in 50 different directions, we were able to be as creative as we wanted, I was a day behind due to being gone for a mission trip so they had already filmed some clips that I tried my best to work with. my team  Since I was gone the day we decided everything, I couldn't pick my groups or have much say in the story line
